Carl Phillips welcomes you to his colorful restaurant for a tasty and exciting journey into Créole cuisine. His passion for cooking is evident in every one of his island-inspired dishes. His lobster bisque is infused with flavor and a hint of heat, not too much, but just enough to let you know you are in the Caribbean. Other island favorites include conch, fresh red snapper, roasted or grilled, and curried goat stewed to tender and tasty perfection.
There were some big changes in the summer of 2013. The dining room was transformed with new windows, window treatments, and lighting. A lobster tank was added next to the front door. It is quite visible to passersby, and many of them do not pass by as these lobsters are very reasonably priced. Through all the changes, Carl is still at the stove, delighting taste buds.

On the right is Carl's signature seafood pasta. Carl makes his own hot sauce, marinating onions, peppers, and more. The bottle is on your table and you may use it at your discretion. His food has only a hint of heat, relying on quality ingredients and spices to bring out the Créole flavor, but for those who like more, the hot sauce is a special treat. The menu always includes a few specials and the rice changes according to Carl's feelings. There is a small but adequate wine list, recently upgraded.
